I am aware there is a $75 NO SHOW FEE for any appointment not canceled 24 hours in advance. I am aware insurance, Flexible Spending, Healthcare Spending, or the Counseling Ministry Fund will NOT cover this expense. NO show fees are OUT OF POCKET fees that must be paid before the next appointment.
